Hi hi hai .. Meet again with me Raditya. Still as usual I will discuss
what is around us. And this time I will discuss one of the typical Indonesian
food that became my favorite sate.
Sate is a food made from small pieces of meat pierced in such a way
with a puncture bone of coconut leaves bamboo or bamboo then roasted using
charcoal wood coals. Satay is served with a variety of spices that depend on
the variation of sate recipe. Sate also can be made from any meat. But the most
commonly made meat sate include chicken, goat, cow, lamb, rabbit and others.
Usually sate is given sauce. This sauce can be a spice, soy sauce,
peanut sauce, or the other, usually accompanied by pickles from sliced onion,
cucumber, and cayenne pepper. Sate eaten with warm rice or, if in some areas
served with lontong or ketupat.
Well, when you buy sate or any food, what drinks do you order often? Ice tea. Yups .. The most simple drink found at home in Indonesia. As we know, Ice tea is a drink that is often drunk during the day because of the hot temperatures and anytime. Because there is no foreigner in the indonesian There is even a tea product using the words "whatever the food, drink it still tea bottle..."
I think that's enough of my explanation about sate. Do not forget to continue to follow my writing through this block. Thank you for your attention. See you in the next post. Daaaaaaaaaa .
